Order Processing
Please allow 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed after receiving your order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping
We ship both domestically and into select International Markets. Shipping times depend on your location.
Shipping within the U.S.
Estimated Delivery Time is 2-5 business days using one of the following carriers:
USPS: Shipments under 1lb and to P.O. boxes.
FedEx: Shipments over 1lb
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Please ensure that your order has the correct address, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
Tracking
Once an order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. This information is also available in your back office.
