New U Life stands by its products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it by contacting us at support@newulife.com or calling (925) 274-5000.
Requests for a return or refund must be made within and no later than 60 calendar days from the date of purchasing the product. Lost orders and missing or damaged product must be reported within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for customer retail returns. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on orders of two or more bottles.
If your product bottle is unused or the plastic seal has NOT been broken, you can simply mail it back to us with your packing slip or the return order form.
If your product bottle has been opened or the plastic seal has been broken, you must
contact us before returning the product.
Packages returned to us must contain the following:
A completed return form with order numbers.
Your customer ID.
You can download and complete the product return form. Without providing the information listed above, we will not be able to locate your order in our system and this may cause delays. Returns are processed in the order received and will only be processed once it has arrived at the return facility. New U Life is not responsible for refunding purchases made through third-party vendors.
Do NOT Refuse Your Package. Refusing a package can cause delays. There is no guarantee that your package will be returned within the 60-day period. If you refuse your package, a cancellation of your auto-ship profile will be included in the return process.
When will I see the refund in my bank or credit card?
When we receive your returned package(s), it may take up to three business days to issue a refund. Once we issue a refund, it may take up to 10 business days to see it in your bank or credit card used when making your purchase.
If you would like to cancel your membership or an order please fill out the cancellation form.
Upon submission of the completed form, your auto-ships will be canceled within 5 business days. Non processed, auto-ships be canceled within 5 business days receiving your request (completed form) All auto ships already fulfilled will not be able to be stopped.
Please allow up to 30 days for the entire cancellation process to be complete. You will receive a follow-up email when the process is complete.
New U Life currently ships our products through the United States Postal Service (USPS) & Federal Express (FedEx).
Returns: Distributors please refer to your agreement and the Terms and Policies for more detailed information on returns. Products must be returned within 60 days of the order date and be unopened and resalable.
Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your Distributorship please submit your request to support@newulife.com or contact customer service at (925) 274-5000. Submission will be processed in the order received and you will be notified with an email. Any current auto-ship profile will be canceled once your request has been received. All auto-ships already fulfilled will not be able to be stopped. Please allow up to 30 days for the entire cancellation process to be complete. You will receive a follow-up email when the process is complete. You can also cancel your auto-ship profiles by logging into your account.
