Matt has been instrumental in providing executive management, project leadership, directing international expansion, and IT consulting for both large established direct sales companies as well as startups. In addition, Matt has worked directly with leading software vendors in the direct sales industry to help them improve their software delivery processes.
Recently Matt worked with one of the largest public MLM companies to implement agile practices in their development processes. These new processes allow them to deliver value to their customers rapidly. He has improved company IT talent, improved technology infrastructure and processes, streamlined project and product management, improved quality, as well as implementing new functionality and improved stability for all systems.
