Thomas DeLauer is a successful author, health/nutrition expert, and transformation coach whose goal is to help people everywhere experience healthy changes in their diet and lifestyle. He’s built his name through social media helping his thousands of followers and educating others through his own experiences. Everything he’s learned about whole-body health began with his own transformation journey.

The Transformation of a Lifetime

As a successful businessman, Thomas was focused and involved in his job as a successful ancillary service provider in the healthcare industry and wasn’t interested in stepping away and putting his attention towards any other endeavors. Because of this, he put his health on the backburner and became overweight.

“I Iooked in the mirror one day and just thought, this is not who I am supposed to be,” he shared.

At that point, Thomas adopted intermittent fasting and a ketogenic diet to his lifestyle. What really made the difference for him was applying the same discipline and knowledge he used in business to his health. He became obsessed with nutrition and was more aware of what he consumed and how it made him feel. Through his consistent adjusted lifestyle and eating habits, he lost 110 pounds in a little over a year.

Thomas shared, “With everything I learned in my transformation, people in my situation could learn a lot about what I went through.”

After this major transformation, Thomas set a goal to be on the cover of a fitness magazine in six months. He landed it in about three.  “From there, it was really my stretch marks that demanded the story. And then it was the consumers that said, ‘Wait, it looks like this guy has got a story’. So I started telling the story and it really caught fire.”

To this day, Thomas continues to own his stretch marks.

“I have tons of stretch marks all over my body, I love it, they are my reminder. Those battle scars are a driver to continue moving forward because it’s a motivator. A lot of people are shy about them, a lot of people are scared to show them off, but you should be proud of them.”

A Continuous Journey

Although Thomas’ transformation was a major one, it still takes a lot of effort to maintain his everyday health.

“You can have all the willpower in the world, but you can’t overcome billions upon billions of dollars of food marketing that’s in your face every day,” he shares. “Of course, you can’t drive down the freeway and not be enticed with something, especially someone that’s been in a weight loss situation before. You always have those things beckoning your name, but the benefit has to be more powerful than the potential risk.”

Thomas shares that it’s less about the quick hits and more about consistency. People often focus on how many calories they are consuming in a day rather than how many used in a week or a month. “It’s the incremental changes in a day that makes the difference in the long-term. And these tiny little steps that you make in a day end up adding up.”

How do you stay motivated to keep that consistency? Thomas says it’s all about constantly learning, tweaking, refining, and getting ourselves excited over small changes.

“People go to a trainer and the trainer gives them new ideas and new things to do. Well, you can empower and educate yourself and say, ‘Here’s a new trick I want to try in the gym tomorrow, here’s a new trick I want to try with my diet, here’s a new supplement I want to try. Always be curious and I feel like it’s going to make a big difference in your sustainability.”

Your Transformation Story: Why You Should Join the All In 60® Program

It’s up to you to set a goal and make the changes you want for a healthier, sustainable life. That’s why, if you haven’t already joined the All In 60 program, you definitely need to! You’ll join thousands of others who are on one journey to make transformational health changes.

“Nowhere else on the internet are you going to find a group of people that are so supportive and community-driven. That group is sincerely all in, they are in it to win it. It’s hard to get that community, so right now, I think 2021 is the year to be participating in an online community like that,” Thomas shares.

Not to mention the educational value that is being offered. You have the opportunity to be coached by Thomas and address a variety of aspects of whole-body health to help you make lasting changes.

“We want to give people the toolbox, we don’t want to build it for them,’ Thomas says. “You are not going to find another group that will help support all aspects of what we call Whole Body Health. You got weight loss, but we also talk about financial health, we talk about other things. If people are stressed about money or about their career, that’s not exactly contributing to a healthy body so we want to talk about the whole thing.”
